Well lastest update is that the doctors told her to eat food now. So they stopped the TPN and now she's just eating. She's eating pretty well however because of where her stomach is damaged she isn't getting enough nutrients from her food. It's all coming out of the wound first. So she's really weak of course, and can barely walk across the room. The whole reason for taking her off the TPN and onto food was because her wound was leaking so much, and she has a tendency to get blood clots from pic-lines and infections in her port. So they wanted to see if eating real food would reduce the amount of leakage. If she does get enough nutrients from eating then they would be able to take out the pic-line and port. So the risk of infection or clot would be gone, but things aren't looking well for that.

On top of that Gmommy's short term memory is pretty much gone. She can't even remember what day it is or that they've just eaten. She tells you somehting then about 5 mins. later she repeats her self over and over again cause she doesn't remember telling you. We knew that her mind would be effected some because of all the medication that she has been on and the amount of times that she was put under at her age. However it seems to be hitting her now which is kind of a late effect. I dont know though how those things work. Maybe they can be delayed. But anyways that's what's going on with her right now.

So G-mommy got her port put back in but their not going to use it for a couple of days to make sure every things alright. They'll just continue to use the pick line. They've told her to start eating 3 meals a day and snacks, whatever she wants. So of course she was glad to hear that, but she doesn't have much taste for anything. The things that she has tried she thought tasted nasty so we'll see how this goes. She is at home and doing well otherwise.

I had a brief moment of panic on Thursday night when I thought my power jack on my laptop had died. Luckily on Monday I went and bought a new power cord praying that it was just the cord, because if it wasn't then I would be buying a whole new laptop. Thankfully that's what it was. So instead of spending over $600 I only spent about $90.

I got to get outa town over the weekend and visited a friend. It was pretty nice.

Other than that I haven't really been doing much. I work and that's about it. I've made a couple more lamps. And at work I figure out how much stuff costs that I want to buy and do. Like hopefully Sarah and I will be going skydiving next month!!!!! We're so excited! And I've looked at trips I want to take and how much it would cost. And I'm about to buy a new lens for my camera which will be nice. I need to get my car repainted but it really isn't a necessity I'd rather spend it on other things. lol. Anyways that's about it pretty much.
